  • All of our cards are made to order and carefully printed just for you. Because of the personalized and printed nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed or shipped.

    However, we want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or work with you to make it right.

  • All cards are printed, packaged, and shipped with care from our small shop. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

    We ship via USPS First Class Mail (or Priority Mail for larger orders) or UPS. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Each order is carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit.

    Local Pickup & Delivery:
    If you’re nearby, we offer free local pickup in Damascus, Oregon. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Local delivery may also be available upon request—contact us before ordering to confirm availability and delivery fees (if any).

    Please note that postal delivery times are estimates and may vary, but we’re always happy to help if you experience any shipping issues.
